GENERAL INFORMATION

What is Reward Ladder?

Reward Ladder is a fun site where you can earn prizes by sharing sites with the people you know.

Are the rewards really free?

Yes! Unlike some sites that say they give away free rewards, we really do! Reward Ladder is a way for us to introduce you to our other sites, LuckySearch.com and RewardShopping.com. You do have to sign up and do a search, but there is NO COST.

How can you give away free rewards?

The point of the Reward Ladder is to introduce new people to our sites. There's no catch. We save a lot of money on advertising when you tell your contacts about our sites, so we figure we should pass our savings back to you (and your friends!)!

How does it work?

You can find more detailed information on how it works here. Basically, you need to sign up, invite your contacts using a special link we provide (for tracking), and then track your progress.

There are 5 prize levels, and you have 7 days to complete the requirements at each level to proceed.

LADDER QUESTIONS

My ladder has some rungs on it, but they are only half filled. What do I do now?

Put your cursor on the name next to the rung. You should be able to see a status box for that user. The user needs all their items checked (address verified, email verified, and searched) and they need the appropriate number of connections too, represented by stars. When your connections have completed their requirements, the rung will fill and you’ll be on your way!

It says there is an instant rung completion bonus. What is that?

If you are having trouble completing a rung on a ladder, either because you can’t get a connection, or because your connection on that rung can’t complete all the requirements, we’ve provided an opportunity for you to finish it instantly by completing an offer with one of our sponsors. Follow the instructions on how to “claim” that rung after you participate with our sponsor.

I completed an offer to fill a rung instantly. Now what?

It can take some time for our sponsors to report back to us that you completed an offer. Because you’re on a timer, we can’t wait for that, so we’re doing it on the honor system. When you complete an offer, click the “Claim Completion” button on the Ladder page. You will have the opportunity to vouch that you have completed an offer with one of our sponsors. We will accept your word, and fill the rung, noting that you can’t actually get your prize until the sponsor confirms your claim.

CONNECTIONS

How do I get people to help me up my Reward Ladder?

Anyone that connects to you on the SuperPoints Network while the timer is running, whether on Reward Ladder, RewardShopping, or LuckySearch will count towards your Reward Ladder. Simply click the “invite” link on any of the sites to invite users to the site you want to share. When they sign up, you’ll see them in your ladder or your connections page (if you have a lot of connections).

How do I track my connections?

You can track all your Reward Ladder connections on the Connections page. You’ll notice that users are either helping you up the ladder, in a pending state – ready to help you up the ladder, or expired.

Why are some of my connections expired?

Anyone that connected to you before or after the timer is running will be in the expired column. The point of Reward Ladder is to introduce NEW people to the SuperPoints Network. Sorry, old connections can’t help you out.

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

What is deal or no deal?

When you get to the top of the ladder you have a choice to make. Do you take your prize (deal) or choose to go for the next level prize (no deal). If you take your prize, your ladder will be reset and you can start over. If you choose to go for the next level prize, your timer will be reset (7 more days) and you will have to complete the requirements for that level. However, if you don’t get to the top of the ladder before time runs out, all your progress will be lost.

I chose “deal”. Now what?

As long as we’re not waiting for verification from a sponsor that you completed an offer, your SuperPoints will be transferred to your account.

If we’re waiting on verification from a sponsor, you SuperPoints will be held until we get the verification.

I chose “no deal” (I want more SuperPoints!). Now what?

Now you need to start sharing again, or contacting your connections to make sure that they’ve completed all the requirements. Keep climbing the ladder to the big prize!
